Kent Foster
Lieutenant General Kent Richard Foster CMM, CD (born c. 1938) was the Commander Mobile Command of the Canadian Forces.〔Chief of army leaps at chance for ceremony: (Edition ) BOB GILMOUR Journal Staff Writer.
